Description
The Government of Saskatchewan, Ministry of Immigration and Career Training (ICT), Career Services, intends to contract with Moose Jaw Multicultural Council Inc. (MJMC) to provide employment readiness programs and services to newcomers to Canada. The services include continuous intake, individualized assessments, personalized employment planning, one-on-one coaching, pre-employment preparation, workforce development workshops, and ongoing job-maintenance support. The program aims to support newcomers in overcoming cultural, linguistic, and systemic barriers to employment and to help them achieve employment readiness for long-term, meaningful work. The contract is for a one-year term with an approximate annual value of $75,000.
