Carlton Trail College, in partnership with BHP and the Government of Saskatchewan, is investing in a major expansion of its campus in Humboldt, SK by transforming the former Peavy Mart building into the BHP Technical Training Centre. This facility will be a modern and flexible learning center to meet workforce demands in mining, manufacturing, agriculture, and healthcare sectors. The project involves renovations scheduled to begin in summer 2026 with an official opening in fall 2027. The college is seeking experienced Construction Management companies to oversee the renovations under a CCDC 5B Construction Management Contract for Services and Construction.
