Description

The Resort Municipality of Whistler is seeking proposals from qualified multidisciplinary consulting teams to conduct a comprehensive Due Diligence and Pre-Feasibility Study on six RMOW-owned parcels. The study aims to provide a high-level pre-feasibility assessment identifying development opportunities, constraints, risks, and key considerations for potential future residential development. This work will establish a robust baseline understanding of each site prior to detailed planning or engineering and will exclude detailed site or subdivision design. The project kickoff is scheduled for the week of July 20, 2026, with final strategy delivery by September 17, 2026.
