Description

This Request for Proposal is for the construction of a new water treatment plant (WTP) to serve the campground and day use area at Porteau Cove Park. The WTP will be housed in an existing building converted for this purpose and will include cartridge filtration, UV disinfection, post treatment conditioning, and disinfection. The source of water is from a groundwater source with a well pump already installed in 2026. The contracted work also includes a treated water reservoir, distribution pumps, hydropneumatics tanks, HDPE watermain, HDPE drain piping, controls package, and building upgrades such as removals, doors, HVAC, and plumbing.
