DeKalb County School District Community-Based Action Planning Services RFP

• The DeKalb County School District (DCSD) is seeking qualified vendors to provide community-based action planning services focused on facilitating Community Action Team (CAT) meetings across multiple school clusters.
• Services required include:
  • Facilitation of weekly CAT meetings for at least 13 school clusters over two phases (6 clusters in Phase I, 7 clusters in Phase II)
  • Project management, monthly synthesis reports, data analysis, and superintendent briefings
  • In-person presentations of final recommendations to the Board of Education
  • Translation of materials into up to 15 languages and live interpretation for the top 6 languages at meetings
• Vendors must provide trained, neutral facilitators, ensure multilingual access, and comply with all legal, licensing, and insurance requirements for operating in Georgia.
• All key personnel must be directly employed by the vendor (no subcontracting for core services).
• The contract is expected to last 12 to 18 months, with the possibility of up to four 1-year extensions.
• No specific OEMs or commercial product manufacturers are named; the opportunity is open to firms authorized to transact business in Georgia.
