Description

This project involves pedestrian improvements from McDaniel Farm Park to Satellite Boulevard. The scope includes clearing and grubbing, grading, sidewalk and trail construction, a pedestrian bridge, curb and gutter, storm drainage installation, asphalt resurfacing and striping, signal upgrades, and landscaping. The project will upgrade the southbound Commerce Avenue sidewalk and connect it to the existing McDaniel Farm Park trail network. Bidders must submit bids by July 23, 2026, and attend a pre-bid conference on July 1, 2026.
