Description

This project involves roofing repairs, replacements, and moisture protection services for various City-Owned buildings and structures in Norfolk, VA. The work will be performed under a firm-fixed-price-factor, Indefinite Quantity agreement with work assigned via individual work orders on an as-required basis. Bidders must be licensed Virginia Class 'A' Contractors and demonstrate experience with commercial renovations and remodeling projects.
