Description

The City of Green Bay is soliciting proposals for the PARKS 8-26 Badger Greenway Site Improvements project. The work includes excavation, loading and stockpiling of clean fill, removal and disposal of contaminated soils, installation of indicator fabric and capping with clean granular fill, topsoil and seeding, erosion control, trail capping with alternate bid options, installation of culvert pipe, catch basins, storm sewer connections, roadway, curb and sidewalk repairs, dewatering, erosion control measures, perimeter fencing, and traffic control. The project is partially funded by a Brownfield Cleanup Grant and requires compliance with Davis Bacon prevailing wage requirements.
