Description

The Sacramento County Employees’ Retirement System (SCERS) is requesting proposals from eligible and qualified banking institutions for Banking Treasury Management services. SCERS currently does not have a dedicated banking services structure, so the selected provider will establish these services as a new implementation. SCERS administers retirement, disability, and survivor benefits for employees of Sacramento County and participating agencies, managing net plan assets of approximately $15.7 billion as of December 31, 2025. The procurement aims to support SCERS in managing its treasury functions effectively.
