This opportunity is for the complete removal and replacement of the asphalt shingle roofing system on a detached garage in Miramichi River Valley, New Brunswick. - Government Buyer: - Municipality of Miramichi River Valley (Contact: Tina Hayes) - OEMs and Vendors: - BP (Building Products of Canada Corp.) is the specified Original Equipment Manufacturer for all roofing materials - Products/Services Requested: - Approximately 7 squares of BP Mystique 42 architectural asphalt shingles (color to be selected by owner) - Full roof synthetic underlayment - Self-adhered ice and water shield (for eaves and as required by BP specifications) - New metal drip edge flashing - Starter strips - Ridge cap shingles and finishing accessories - All fasteners and accessories required by BP Roofing Systems - Complete removal and disposal of existing roofing materials, including underlayment and debris - Roof deck inspection and notification of any damaged sheathing - Supply and installation of new roofing system per BP specifications - Final site cleanup and magnetic sweep for nails and debris - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Only BP roofing materials are permitted unless written approval is obtained from the owner - Contractors must provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, disposal, insurance, and incidentals - Proof of commercial general liability insurance and Workers Compensation Board clearance required - Evidence of experience with architectural asphalt shingles must be provided - Manufacturer warranty documentation and a minimum ten-year workmanship warranty are mandatory

Qualified roofing contractors are invited to submit a fixed-price quotation for the complete removal and replacement of the existing asphalt shingle roofing system on a detached garage located in the Miramichi River Valley, New Brunswick. The successful contractor shall provide all labour, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, disposal, insurance and incidentals necessary to complete the work. The project includes removal of existing shingles and underlayment, inspection of roof deck, installation of new roofing system as specified, and final site cleanup including magnetic sweep to remove nails and metal debris.
