This opportunity seeks contractor support for Mark VI Patrol Boat operations in support of Exercise Northern Strike at Alpena Combat Readiness Training Center (CRTC), Michigan. - Government Buyer: - Michigan Air National Guard (MIANG), Michigan Army and Air National Guard (MING/MIANG), under the Department of Defense, Department of the Army, National Guard Bureau, JFHQ USPFO MI, USPFO MI PROCUREMENT, W7NF USPFO ACTIVITY MIANG CRTC - Point of contact: MSgt Michael Solo - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named in the solicitation or attachments - Products/Services Requested: - Operation and crewing of up to two Mark VI Patrol Boats for up to 10 days per year, supporting patrol, transit, station keeping, target simulation, insertion/extraction, and high-speed maneuvering - Storage transit services for the boats between Calcity Quarry and St. Ignace - Travel services related to the contract, in accordance with Joint Travel Regulations - All operations require qualified personnel: licensed Boat Captain, certified Engineer, and experienced Crew Members - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide all qualified crew and operational support; government supplies fuel and lubricants - Operations are tied to Exercise Northern Strike, typically in August, with a five-year BPA anticipated - Past performance on similar vessels and appropriate credentials for captains are required - Services are primarily for annual, short-duration exercises (approx. 10 days, 44 hours underway per year) - Award is contingent on funding availability; multiple BPAs may be awarded

Description

This is requirement is for the operation and crewing of Mark VI Patrol Boat Operations, to include point-to-point transits, station keeping, day/night operations, target simulation, insertion/extraction support, and high-speed manuevering at Alpena Combat Readiness Training Center (CRTC), MI.

The Government intends to establish one firm-fixed-price BPA for Mark VI Patrol Boat Operations for the Michigan Army and Air National Guard (MING/MIANG), but reserves the right to establish multiple BPAs as a result of this RFQ at its discretion.
