NOTICE OF SOLE SOURCETHIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTEThe Bureau of Indian Education (BIE), Pine Ridge School, intends to enter into a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 12.102, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.Select Vendor:Oglala Sioux Tribe of Pine Ridge Indian Reservation (UEI: NQVDAKZT5DG3)107 W Main StreetPine Ridge, SD 57770Period of Performance: 07/01/2026 to 06/30/2027Estimate Grand Total: $46,800.00This is for solid waste service at Pine Ridge School in Pine Ridge, SD. The contractor will provide all dumpsters and provide solid waste removal service once to three times per week depending on the dumpster. Pursuant tribal ordinance 20-08, section 10, the Oglala Sioux Tribe of Pine Ridge Indian Reservation provides all solid waste services within the reservation boundaries.
