Description

EPWater is soliciting bids to provide approximately 100,000 filled sandbags, produced on-site as instructed, and stacked sandbags at specific contract locations. The solicitation is a Competitive Sealed Bid issued in accordance with Chapter 252 of the Texas Local Government Code. Bids must be received electronically or by sealed bid in the Purchasing Office by July 15, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. (MST). A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 30, 2026, at 10:00 AM MST. Award will be made to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder meeting the specifications and requirements contained in the solicitation.
