Description

EPWater is soliciting bids to provide approximately 100,000 filled sandbags, produced on-site as instructed, and stacked sandbags at specific contract locations. Bids must be received electronically or by sealed bid in the Purchasing Office by July 15, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. (MST). A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 30, 2026, at 10:00 AM MST.
