Description
The City of Winston-Salem is seeking a qualified firm to provide a Turning Movement Count Inventory for the Winston-Salem Urbanized Area. The contract will cover approximately 500 intersections across the Winston-Salem Planning Area over two years. The data collected will assist in traffic signal operations, lane assignments, and congestion and safety studies. The project includes collecting turning movement counts during specified peak hours and submitting detailed reports in electronic formats. The contract is expected to start in Fiscal Year 2027 and last for two years.
