Description
The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone for navigable waters of the Detroit River within a 250-yard radius of the Trenton Channel in Trenton, MI. This safety zone is to protect personnel, vessels, and the marine environment from potential hazards during a fireworks event. Entry of vessels or persons into this zone is prohibited unless specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port Detroit or their designated representative. The safety zone will be enforced from 9:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on June 27, 2026.
