Description
The United States International Trade Commission has announced it will proceed with full reviews under the Tariff Act of 1930 to determine whether revocation of the countervailing and antidumping duty orders on twist ties from China would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. The reviews are part of investigation numbers 701-TA-649 and 731-TA-1523. A schedule for these reviews will be established and announced later.
