The New York City Law Department is seeking proposals for preventative maintenance, repairs, and emergency servicing of independent air conditioning systems at five locations in New York City: 233 Broadway, 60 Bay Street, 260 East 161th Street, 350 Jay Street, and 1 Pierrepont Plaza. This solicitation is exclusively for City Certified Minority and Woman Owned Businesses (M/WBEs) under the M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase Method. The contract term is approximately three years, starting August 1, 2026, and ending July 31, 2029, with a maximum contract value of $1,500,000.
