Description
The Government requires a construction and repair service agreement to address water infiltration from roof inlet pipes at Spates Hall (Building 407) on Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall, Fort Myer, VA. The primary objective is to repair five 3-inch to 6-inch roof drain lines using an in-place epoxy resin pipe-lining system. This is an emergency requirement intended to stop active water damage and prevent the imminent risk of mold growth within the facility.
