Description

The County of Alameda is seeking Third-Party Administrator Services for its Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Commuter Benefits program. The contract will be for three years with an option to renew for two additional years. Bidders may propose for FSA administration only, Commuter Benefits administration only, or both as a bundled solution. The services include claims administration, a secure web-based platform, a debit card solution, customer service, communications and materials, account management, and reporting and analytics. The County reserves the right to award separate contracts or a single bundled contract based on the proposals received.
