SUNY Maritime College is seeking qualified vendors to upgrade the audio-visual system in its Multi-Purpose Room at the Bronx campus. - Government Buyer: - State University of New York (SUNY) Maritime College, Bronx, NY - Director of Purchasing: Donovan Lorde - Products Requested: - Custom direct-view LED (dvLED) video wall (approx. 10 ft x 5.6 ft, 1.5 mm pixel pitch or equivalent) - Intelligent PTZ camera (minimum 12x optical zoom, auto-tracking, IP/SDI output) - Wireless handheld transmitter (SM58-style capsule, UHF or DECT, rechargeable) - Two wireless hybrid bodypack transmitters (compatible with handheld system, rechargeable) - Audio visual control/distribution system (for integration and control of all AV equipment) - Services Requested: - Professional installation, mounting, programming, testing, commissioning, and integration with existing AV systems - Minimum 48 technician-hours for installation; minimum 8 hours on-site programming - Cable management, system commissioning with College representative, punch-list resolution, site protection, and daily clean-up - Coordination with licensed electricians for power requirements - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Mandatory pre-bid site visit - MWBE goals: 14% MBE, 16% WBE - Compliance with New York State Lobbying Law (Finance Law 139-j & k) - Vendor responsibility documentation and valid NYS Worker’s Compensation/Disability Insurance - Delivery of all source code, program files, and system documentation - No specific OEMs are named; vendors may propose equivalent products.
