Description
The City University of New York (CUNY), on behalf of Facilities Shared Services (FSS), is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide comprehensive maintenance, inspection, testing, repair, and emergency response services for vertical transportation systems including elevators, escalators, wheelchair lifts, dumbwaiters, and related equipment. This solicitation covers the North and Midtown Facilities Shared Services Hubs, with campuses identified in the Scope of Work. The contract term is five years, and all purchases will be subject to New York State Appendix A and CUNY terms and conditions.
