Description

The Department of General Services Real Estate Services Division Project Management and Development Branch is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from engineering firms for professional engineering services related to the Van Sickle Park Phase III project located at California Tahoe Conservancy, South Lake Tahoe, El Dorado County, California. The project involves designing and constructing ADA-compliant trails, boardwalks, public gathering areas, parking, stormwater and snow storage facilities, and related amenities. The selected firm will provide services including engineering, real estate easement acquisition, landscape architecture, forestry, environmental compliance, and construction monitoring. The contract may be awarded for up to five years with a total value of $5,000,000.00 on a fixed rate basis.
