Springville City Incorporated is accepting bids for the construction of the WRF Primary Clarifier and Digester/Biogas Safety Rehabilitation Projects. The project includes refurbishing two primary clarifiers with sandblasting, recoating, replacing items, and drive motors, as well as removing and replacing gas control and safety equipment, refurbishing digester lids, concrete, and piping, and installing a new biogas flare.
