Description
The USGS, Cooperative Research Units in Reston, VA, supporting the Ecosystems mission Area requests the purchase of one pull-behind Travel Trailer. The primary use is to support the field science program of the Florida Cooperative Fish and Wildlife Research Unit (FLCFWRU) for sampling wildlife communities in the Everglades and around the state. The travel trailer will be used to house the graduate students and technicians at the field sites around the state. Field researchers need a low cost, safe, climate controlled place to stay during field work in the extreme heat of spring, summer, and autumn in Florida. Trailer should be brand name or equivalent to the 2026 Open Range Colt 26DBS and must meet or exceed these specifications: (See Attachment A)
