This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract and is not a request for proposals. However, the Government shall consider all responses from responsible sources. Naval Health Research Center (NHRC), San Diego, CA, intends to enter into a contract with CRUCIBLE SERVICES LLC, CAGE 10EK4, Fredericksburg, VA.
