NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE . The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 23 intends to enter into single source negotiations, and subsequently award a firm fixed-price contract for one year with four option years to The American National Red Cross, 431 18th St. NW, Washington, DC 2006 (SAM UEI: G69LHXJ3ABL5) for Blood and Blood Products in support of the Nebraska Western-Iowa Health Care System.
