PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, on behalf of VA Pacific Islands Healthcare System (VAPIHCS), will be issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) to provide parking passes for employees of the Prince Kuhio Federal Building. Please refer to the solicitation for a summary of the requirement and any additional procurement details. A RFQ using the following NAICS is contemplated: 812930. Solicitation documents will be available on or about June 23rd, 2026. The solicitation will contain quote instructions. The Government intends to award one (1) Firm-Fixed Price Contract.
