Description

This is a sole source award under the authority of 41 United States Code 1901 as implemented in RFO FAR 12.102(b). See attached sole source justification. The contractor shall provide a turn key temporary air conditioning solution to maintain interior cooling conditions the DC Armory Drill Floor. This includes but is not limited to equipment, labor, material delivery and operations. The objective is to maintain a comfortable temperature in order to support operations within the facility. Period of performance is 08 JUN 2026 - 30 SEP 2026.
