The intent of this Request for Proposal is to obtain flight services utilizing a 100 passenger (minimum), turbine multi-engine large transport jet, operated and maintained by qualified personnel and equipped to meet specifications in support of Federal programs. The type of services required to be performed are air transportation of personnel, equipment, and supplies as directed by the Government. The U. S. Forest Service (USFS) will guarantee payment, at the fixed daily availability rate, for the Mandatory Availability Period (MAP) under this task order (Order). Fixed rate flights hours will be ordered on an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity basis and are not guaranteed.
