On or about 07 July 2026, the Government intends to issue a solicitation for “W912DW26BA006 FY26 Everett Clamshell Dredging”. The solicitation is restricted to Small Businesses.
Project Description:
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Seattle District requires clamshell maintenance dredging of the Everett Harbor and Snohomish River Federal navigation channel in Everett, WA. The volume of sediment to be dredged from the Lower Settling Basin is approximately 250,000 Cubic Yards (CY) with placement at Port Gardner open water disposal site. Dredging would occur within the in-water construction work window of 16 October 2026 through 15 February 2027. The dredging would be accomplished using a clamshell dredge. All in-water work must be completed by 15 February 2027.
