Beale Air Force Base is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive linen and laundry services for multiple squadrons and lodging facilities. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Beale Air Force Base, 9th Contracting Squadron (Air Combat Command) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named; contractor-supplied shop towels are required - Products/Services Requested: - Laundry and linen services for government-supplied items (sheets, pillowcases, blankets, towels, mattress pads, bed bug protectors, bath mats, bedspreads/comforters) - Example annual quantities: 3,000 single flat sheets, 40,000 bath towels, 9,000 blankets, 20,000 wash cloths - Contractor-supplied shop towels (red, 12x12) for maintenance units - Example weekly quantities: 350 for 9 AMXS, 200 for 9 MXS, 150 for 940th MXG - Recurring weekly or thrice-weekly pickup, laundering, drying, packaging, and delivery - Emergency 24-hour delivery required approximately twice per year - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Services must meet health and sanitation standards - Compliance with security and safety regulations - Contractor must provide all plant facilities, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and transportation - Delivery schedules must be approved prior to performance start - Billing per NAF Standard Clauses and Performance Work Statement (PWS) - Contract covers a base year, four option years, and a 6-month extension option - NAICS Code: 812332 (Industrial Launderers) - PSC: S209 (Housekeeping - Laundry/Drycleaning)

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. 

This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. It is issued for market research purposes to identify interested and capable sources for a future requirement. Information submitted is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for any costs incurred in responding.

The 9th Contracting Squadron at Beale AFB, CA is conducting market research to identify interest and capable sources for the performance of Linen Services, as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

REQUIREMENT OVERVIEW

This requirement includes providing all plant facilities, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, costs of transportation, and any other items necessary to perform Linen Services at Beale AFB, as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

The suggested PSC for this requirement is S209 - "Housekeeping - Laundry/Drycleaning", please confirm if this is appropriate or suggest an alternate.

3. Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM):

Provide a ROM for the subject requirement utilizing the suggested CLIN structure, please confirm if the structure is appropriate or suggest an alternate.
