Description

The purpose of this request is to procure printed A1 9" X 12" w/window and A2 9 1/2" X 12 1/2" envelopes for the U.S. Census Bureau National Processing Center.

This acquisition is set aside 100 percent for small business concerns. Only offers submitted by small business concerns will be considered for award. Offerors must be registered as a small business in accordance with applicable Small Business Administration (SBA) size standards at the time of proposal submission and award.

Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov at the time of proposal submission and must maintain active registration through time of award. Failure to maintain an active SAM registration may render the offeror ineligible for award.
