The U.S. Army Contracting Command New Jersey (ACC-NJ) is conducting market research on behalf of the 99th Readiness Division at Devens RFTA, MA, to identify capable sources for the procurement of range targetry systems.This is a supply-only requirement (delivery FOB Destination).
