Description

The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified Contractors for the McDaniel Farm Park to Satellite Boulevard Pedestrian Improvement Project for the Department of Transportation. The project includes 0.813 miles of clearing and grubbing, grading, sidewalk and trail construction, a pedestrian bridge, curb and gutter, storm drainage installation, asphalt resurfacing and striping, signal upgrades, and landscaping. The project will upgrade the southbound Commerce Avenue sidewalk and connect to the existing McDaniel Farm Park trail network. Bids are due by July 23, 2026, and a pre-bid conference is scheduled for July 1, 2026.
