The Department of the Air Force, 5th Contracting Squadron at Minot AFB, North Dakota, is seeking quotes for a modular Oil/Coolant Storage and Dispenser System. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Air Force, Air Force Global Strike Command - 5th Contracting Squadron (5 CONS), Minot AFB, ND - OEMs and Vendors: - Lubrisource (suggested OEM) - Equivalent products from other manufacturers are acceptable if all requirements are met - Products/Services Requested: - Oil/Coolant Storage and Dispenser System (Lubrisource model HDL4-FS-0064-3W-2E-1F-1SP or equal) - Eight (8) 65-gallon aluminized steel containers (color-coded for oil and coolant) - Two (2) 115V self-priming gear pumps (minimum 8 GPM) - Two (2) 50ft hose reels - Lockable dispensing ball valves - 10-micron inline filters with isolation valves - Quick-disconnect intake ports - Color-change desiccant breathers - Sight gauges with isolation valves and volume demarcations - Spill containment pallet (minimum 130 gallons) and drip pans - Unique/Notable Requirements: - System must fit within a 12ft (W) x 9ft (D) x 10ft (H) space - Must be modular or stackable in design - Operate on standard 115V power with Type B plugs - No physical assembly or setup required by the contractor; delivery only - Set-aside for 100% small business concerns

The suggested brand name is Lubrisource; however, quotes for "equal" products will be evaluated and accepted provided they meet all the essential physical, functional, and performance characteristics

System Configuration & Facility Requirements

Must fit within a maximum space of 12ft W x 9ft D x 10ft H. (Dimensions may be adjusted if the design safely maximizes vertical space).

Stackable, modular, or racked design. Must include brackets to hold the containers securely in 2 rows of 4.

Must operate on standard 115V power utilizing Type B plugs.

Equipment delivery only. Contractors are NOT required to perform physical assembly, anchoring, or setup.

Eight (8) 65-Gallon aluminized steel, rectangular containers. Tanks must feature sloped bottoms and drain ports for easy cleaning.

Fluid Capacities & Coding

System must be capable of holding a minimum of 275 Gallons of Oil (up to 15W-40 viscosity) and 165 Gallons of Coolant. Tanks must be color-coded to clearly identify different fluids.

Top-mounted ports must utilize 1 ½” Quick-Disconnect (QD) fittings connected to 2” NPT ports.

Top-mounted desiccant breathers featuring visual "Color-Change" indicators.

Sight gauges for visual monitoring of liquid levels. Gauges must include printed volume demarcations.

Two (2) 115V, minimum 8 GPM, self-priming gear pumps (or stronger) with suction tube assemblies. (One dedicated to Oil, one for Coolant).

Two (2) 50ft Hose Reels (one for Oil, one for Coolant). Pumps must be strong enough to support the 50ft reels and intake/refill.

Must include lockable dispensing ball valves.

It must feature 10-micron inline filters prior to dispensing.

Must include isolation valves installed before the filters for both coolant and oil to allow fluid shutoff during filter changes.

Spill containment must hold a minimum of 130 Gallons (which satisfies the 25% of total liquid stored requirement).

Drip pans must be included. (Drain valves on drip pans are not required).

All sight gauges must have isolation valves installed to prevent leaks if the gauge glass is broken.
