Capacity Increase for Electronic Security Systems VII (ESS VII MATOC) Contract

This notice announces a capacity increase for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' Electronic Security Systems VII (ESS VII) MATOC contract, supporting Department of War installations. - Contract ceiling raised from $675M to $1.125B, an increase of $450.5M - Capacity increase ensures continued ESS services until ESS VIII MATOC is awarded in October 2027 - ESS services include design, procurement, installation, operation, and maintenance of security systems - Systems covered: Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Video Surveillance, Physical Access Control, Data Transmission Media - 23 contractors (including 11 small businesses) are affected; contracts modified to reflect new ceiling - Supports approximately 90 new ESS requirements for FY26-27 - No new procurement or award; this is a justification for increasing contract capacity - Ordering period: 26 Sep 2022 – 25 Sep 2029 (base + two option years) - ESS VIII MATOC solicitation projected for Aug 2026, award in Oct 2027

Description

This justification approves a total shared capacity increase for the Electronic Security Systems (ESS) VII Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) from $675,000,000 to $1,125,513,013. The following vendors' contracts were modified to incorporate the additional capacity:
