Description
The USDA Food and Nutrition Administration (FNA) is seeking cooperative agreements with organizations or agencies experienced in working with Tribal communities to develop, design, and implement an innovative nutrition education project for participants and program staff of the Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR). The project aims to provide culturally appropriate nutrition education activities and programming that promote USDA Foods and align with the Dietary Guidelines for Americans, 2025–2030. The cooperative agreement will support nutrition education for all Indian Tribal Organizations (ITOs) and State agencies administering FDPIR, with a performance period from September 2026 to September 2028. Up to two awards will be made, ranging from $100,000 to $500,000 each.
