The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) Frankfurt hereby issues this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for the establishment of a single-award firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the provision of waste management services for the U.S. Embassy London, United Kingdom. All interested and responsible offerors are invited to submit quotations in strict accordance with the instructions, terms, and conditions contained in the attached solicitation documents.
