Description

The City of Mobile is soliciting proposals from interested firms and individuals to provide General Legal Counsel and Services to assist the City on various aspects of a Community Project Fund Grant (CPF). The City has received $50,000,000 in CPF funding which must be drawn down prior to August 31, 2031. Services will be provided to the Neighborhood Development Department under the City Attorney's purview. The scope includes loan closing preparation, contract writing, legal opinions, policy development, negotiation, monitoring plans, training, and other consulting functions.
