Description

The City of Salem is soliciting bids for the construction of the Howard Drive and Jackson Drive Waterline Replacement project. The scope includes construction of approximately 3,550 linear feet of 8-inch waterline, 20 linear feet of 6-inch waterline, 40 linear feet of 2-inch waterline, installation of new service lines, abandonment of old water mains, and related appurtenances. Bids are to be submitted by July 30, 2026, and will be publicly opened at the City Hall Council Chambers. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for July 8, 2026, at the City of Salem Water Department.
