In accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA), the University of Southern Mississippi (USM) has completed an inventory of human remains and determined a cultural affiliation between the remains and certain Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations. The inventory includes human remains representing at least one individual, consisting of a cranium and mandible recovered near Millry in Washington County, Alabama.
