Description
The U.S. International Trade Commission has received a complaint entitled Certain Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM) Devices, Products Containing the Same, and Components Thereof (II), DN 3915. The Commission is soliciting comments on any public interest issues raised by the complaint or complainant's filing pursuant to the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure. Comments should address the impact of the requested remedial orders on public health, welfare, competitive conditions, production of like or competitive articles, and U.S. consumers.
