The City of New York Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Office of Chief Medical Examiner (OCME) is soliciting Minority and/or Women-owned Enterprises (M/WBE Vendors) to provide renewal and upgrade subscription for SHAREFILE premium needed for the agency IT Department. This procurement is exclusively for City Certified Minority and Woman Owned Businesses under the M/WBE Small Purchase Method. Delivery must be completed on or before June 30th, 2026, and the solicitation is not to exceed $100,000.00. The contract period is from April 10, 2026, to July 30, 2027.
