Description

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted an information collection request (ICR) for the Agricultural Worker Protection Standard Training, Notification and Recordkeeping to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval. This is a proposed extension of the ICR, currently approved through June 30, 2026. The ICR covers recordkeeping and third-party response burdens related to training, notifications, and information requirements to ensure worker and handler safety under the Worker Protection Standard regulations. Public comments are accepted until July 22, 2026.
