The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that Global Special Steel Products S.A.U. (d.b.a. Trenzas y Cables de Acero PSC, S.L.) made sales of prestressed concrete steel wire strand from Spain at less than normal value during the period of review from June 1, 2024, through May 31, 2025. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
