Description
The International Trade Administration (ITA) is implementing new user fees for its export and investment promotion services/events to comply with OMB Circular A-25, which requires agencies to fully recover their costs when providing services. An independent cost study found that ITA was not fully covering its costs under the current fee structure. The notice details revisions to the User Fee Schedule originally published on July 1, 2018, and introduces new services and programs. ITA is seeking public comments on the revised fee schedule and related topics. The revised fees will be implemented on July 22, 2026.
