The State University of New York at Upstate Medical University is soliciting sealed bids for repairs to the East and West Parking Garages. The scope includes general construction tasks such as structural and concrete repairs, epoxy crack injection, replacement of concrete washes, sealant and expansion joints, surface sealing, line repainting, slab replacement, stair repairs, facade and bridge cleaning.
