Description
The NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) Counsel's Office is seeking to procure, through a Request for Quote (RFQ), a local Contractor to provide Outside Counsel - Guardianship services and representation in Article 81 Guardianship matters on behalf of clients at two of its Southern Tier region psychiatric facilities: Elmira Psychiatric Center and Greater Binghamton Health Center. The contract term is three years, effective August 1, 2026. The scope includes commencing guardianship proceedings, representing OMH in court, and advising on adult guardianship matters. The contract amount shall not exceed $149,999 over the term unless amended.
