C&S Companies is soliciting subcontractor and vendor participation from all NYS Certified MBE, WBE, and SDVOB Firms for the SUNY Upstate Chiller Building Facade and Repairs Project located in Syracuse, NY. The scope of work includes providing all necessary labor, material, and equipment for the replacement of the existing brick chiller building facade with a new fiber cement panel rainscreen system.
