Description

This solicitation is for the replacement of two absorption chillers with two 2,000-ton centrifugal chillers installed at grade at SUNY Albany. The project includes installing 15kV to 480V electrical infrastructure, extending the interior equipment platform, constructing an exterior structural support rack for conduit routing, refrigeration detection, refrigerant exhaust, general plant exhaust, a HTHW burner replacement, and miscellaneous site and architectural improvements. Temporary chillers must be provided during the project. The contract term is 737 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
